There is no contact form on this site. A form that posts to nowhere is a lie told in HTML, and a form that posts somewhere requires a script, a third party endpoint and a cookie disclosure this site would rather not need. Email works, it leaves you a copy of what you sent, and it can carry an attachment.
Reply commitment: a response from a person within three working days of receipt, including when the answer is no. If four working days pass with nothing, the message did not arrive; resend it to the general address and say that it is a resend.

All four are monitored by the same company. Using the specific address routes the message correctly and is the fastest way to get an answer from someone who can give one.

Work enquiries, questions about the strands of work described on this site, procurement and supplier onboarding questions, and press. A paragraph describing what does not add up is more useful than a formal brief.

UK GDPR rights and privacy questions
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Requests are answered within one month of receipt, extendable by two further months for complex requests, with the extension explained in writing.

If you have found a security problem in this website, please report it here and give us reasonable time to respond before publishing. There is no bug bounty and no payment is offered; the acknowledgement is a thank you and a fix.

Contract questions, the terms of use, complaints and anything that needs a paper trail. Formal service of legal documents should go to the registered office address below, which is the address recorded at Companies House for that purpose.

Before you write
What makes an enquiry answerable
None of this is required. A one line message gets a reply too. This is simply what turns a first email into a useful second email rather than four rounds of clarification.
The symptom, not the solution
"Our month end close takes nine days and four of them are spent chasing unmatched card settlements" is answerable. "We need a reconciliation platform" is a purchase order looking for a justification, and it is much harder to give an honest opinion on.
Where the data lives, roughly
Which systems hold the records, what format they leave in, and whether anyone can currently export them. This determines whether a problem is a week of work or a quarter, and it is the single question that most changes the answer.
The constraint you already know about
A deadline, a budget ceiling, a regulator commitment, a policy that says no supplier may hold production data. Constraints stated in the first message save both sides from designing something that was never going to be permitted.
Please do not attach live data
Do not send personal data, cardholder data, credentials or production extracts by email to any address on this page. If a sample is needed it will be requested under a written agreement, through a channel agreed for the purpose. Anything received unsolicited that should not have been sent will be deleted and the sender told.
